Our comprehensive neuropsychological assessments are offered as customized packages based on your specific needs and the type of evaluation required. Package pricing varies depending on the complexity and scope of the assessment.
Please note: Neuropsychological assessments are not covered as in-network services with Aetna or many other insurance plans. You would be responsible for the full assessment fee at the time of service. Some insurance plans may provide out-of-network reimbursement, and we recommend contacting your insurance provider for details about your specific coverage.

Thank you for providing that information. Unfortunately, we are not in-network for Aetna Medicare plans. This means you would be responsible for paying the full session fee, and treatment in our clinic is not reimbursable by Medicare.
Great. Can you please tell us if you have Aetna through a work or individual plan, or a Medicare plan?
Our adult psychotherapy clinics are currently open to new telehealth and in-person appointments during daytime hours (9am – 4pm). Appointments after 4pm are significantly limited and will likely involve a wait time of 2-3 months to start.
Our child and teen clinic has immediate openings for daytime telehealth appointments. Afterschool and in-person appointments will involve a wait time of 3+ months.
Our couples psychotherapy clinic is currently open to new telehealth and in-person referrals.
Our lower-fee clinic currently has availability for telehealth sessions for adult clients. Please reach out to us if you are interested in learning more about our lower fee services.
Our assessment clinic is open to referrals for individuals of all ages, and we are typically able to schedule these appointments with minimal wait times.

Finding a therapist who has the right expertise is one of the most important parts of a successful therapy experience. We have developed an intake process to help you learn more about our clinic and to see if our group is a good match for you.
The first step starts with our free, 15-minute phone consultation. Prior to the phone call, we’ll ask you to complete a brief questionnaire where you outline some of your treatment goals, preferences, and reasons for seeking therapy. If you have Aetna insurance and would like to use this insurance, we’ll also ask you to provide your insurance information.
At the time of your scheduled consultation appointment, we’ll reach out to you by phone, and we will review your goals for treatment and answer any questions you may have. Based on this call, we’ll let you know if our services appear to be a good match for you, and if not, we’ll do our best to provide you with referrals for other good therapists in the area.
If our clinic appears to be a good fit for you, a therapist from our group will reach out to you to schedule a first appointment. Information about current estimated wait times for therapy is updated regularly on our website.
