Pacific Anxiety Group (PAG) is a highly regarded, evidence-based psychotherapy practice serving adults, children, teens, and couples throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and California via telehealth and in-person care. Our clinicians specialize in the treatment of anxiety, OCD, trauma, stress, and related conditions, using empirically supported approaches grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy and related modalities.
We are currently contracting with licensed psychologists (PhD or PsyD) who are committed to clinical excellence and interested in building or maintaining a flexible, independent practice within a supportive and collegial professional environment.

We welcome psychologists with expertise in working with adults experiencing anxiety, OCD, trauma, stress, depression, and related concerns. Clinicians provide evidence-based treatments including CBT, ACT, ERP, and trauma-informed approaches.

We welcome psychologists with expertise in working with children, adolescents, and families. Clinicians provide evidence-based treatment for anxiety, OCD, school stress, and family-related concerns. Experience with CBT, ACT, SPACE, PCIT, and parent coaching is especially valued.

As an independent contractor, you maintain control over your schedule and caseload. Opportunities are available for clinicians seeking to build a full caseload or maintain a part-time practice, depending on your goals and availability.
We offer highly competitive compensation along with the administrative support and referral base needed to build a thriving and sustainable practice.
Our experienced administrative team provides support with:
Insurance billing and claims submission
Scheduling coordination
Client intake and referral coordination
Operational and administrative infrastructure
This allows you to focus your time and energy on clinical care.
